Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of people management and your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and gain practical insights into the recruitment process.

What You Will Be Doing
- Assist with the recruitment process by source potential candidates from various online channels.
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Support the HR department in implementing policies and procedures.
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
- Participate in employee engagement programs and help in organizing company events.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and documentation for benefits and compensation.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources executives.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves, etc.
What You’ll Need
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment and manage collegial relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Knowledge of HR software and systems is a plus.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
