Terminology
Total Working Days | Number of total working days in a month |
Leaves Taken | Number of leaves taken by the resource in a month |
Allowed Leaves | Maximum 2 paid leaves are allowed per month for a resource |
Restricted Holidays | Optional Government or Local Working Holidays (allowed max 2 per year) |
Billable Working Days | Number of billable working days for the Customer |
Payable Resource Cost | Resource cost payable by the Customer |

Total Working Days - Leaves Taken + (Allowed Leaves + any Restricted Holidays)
23 - 5 + (2 + 1) = 21 are the Billable Working Days.
